Which of the treatments above include massages? A massage is only applied in Reflexology and Japanese Cosmo Face Lift
Does it hurt or do I feel any sensations? None of the treatments are painful. There are more sensitive areas on the reflex points on the feet or face in Reflexology or Japanese Cosmo Face Lift, but the pressure is adjusted according to the person’s tolerance. Universal Reiki, Teate and Daran-Ama are not painful at all. It depends how sensitive you are to the energy, so you may feel warmth, cold or tingling sensation. It is very relaxing, so most of the clients fall asleep during the session.
How many sessions do I need? It depends what you are treating. Usually, minimum 6 sessions if you would like to treat a certain condition. All the treatments bring you in a very calming state of mind, so they can be used even every day, week or month or as often as you wish to and feel like it.
How long does a session last? A session lasts 60 minutes or more. The first one usually takes a bit longer as there is a consultation during which we can decide what is the best treatment for you or combination of a few.
What do I need to know before the treatment? If you have a reflexology session in the interest of hygiene, please ensure your feet and/or hands are clean prior to treatment. If you are a smoker, could you please refrain from smoking at least one hour prior to your treatment. For Parent and Child treatments the parent must remain in the room at all times whilst the child is receiving treatment.
When can I feel the benefits? It is individual. Some people can experience immediate results, some need longer time.
